How to access webmail

To access your email from anywhere with an internet connection you can use the webmail system that comes with your hosting account. Here's how:

1. In your browser enter your webmail URL: http://www.yourdomain.co.uk/webmail

You will be asked for your login details:

Your username is your full email address and the password is that supplied to you by us:

Once your details are entered click OK and you will go to the next screen where you can choose which software you wish to use for reading your emails.

We recommend using roundcube and the instructions below are specific to roundcube so please click on roundcube. You will then be taken to your inbox:

To open any emails double-click on them:

You can use the links above the message to reply, forward or delete the emails. You can also create new emails here.

Webmail ID settings

If you use webmail to send email you can add your name and create a signature so it is clearer to the recipient who has sent the email.

Log in to your webmail using the instructions above and click the Settings link at the top right. You will be taken to the settings page:

Click the Identities tab near the top centre of your screen then click on your ID in the left pane so you can edit the settings in the right pane:

Display name: This is the name that will appear in the recipients 'From' field. It can be the name of an individual or a company.

Signature: You can enter any details here that you would like to appear at the bottom of any sent emails e.g. contact details.

The other details can remain as they are. Click 'Save' then click 'E-mail' in the top menu bar to return to your inbox.
